Your citation(s) must be paid within twenty-one (21) days, or you have the option to request an administrative appeal from Park Medford within that same twenty-one (21) day time frame. If you appeal to Park Medford, you will hear back on the disposition of your appeal in approximately a week.
If you do not request an administrative appeal from Park Medford, please be aware that you must make your payment within twenty-one (21) days or risk immobilization and/or impoundment of your vehicle.
You may pay the citation(s) by the following methods:

If you request an administrative hearing from Park Medford and it is denied, you then have one option to request a hearing, either in writing or in person from the City of Medford Hearing Officer. This request can be made at our office, in person, by email at ParkMedford@reefparking.com, or by returning a letter with your choice of hearing indicated in the letter.
If you choose to request a hearing from the City Hearing Officer, please be aware the choices are:
You may choose only one method of appeal, and the finding of that appeal is final.
The parking program has set up an administrative appeal process for individuals who believe their parking citation was issued in error.
Individuals will be contacted in approximately five to six business days after the citation appeal form has been submitted regarding the disposition of the appeal.
The parking fine will hold at the original amount until you receive notice from our office regarding the disposition of your appeal.
Appeals only accepted within 21 days after the date of ticket issuance.

If your vehicle registration can not be renewed at the DMV because of an unpaid ticket you can do one of the following:
If you pay online, it may take up to 72 hours for the hold on your vehicle registration to be renewed. You will not be able to renew your registration until the hold is released.
You can get a Release Form at the Park Medford office at 557B Main Street.
We can not e-mail, or mail out this form to you, you need to come to the office in order to obtain this form.
