You may pay the citation(s) by the following methods:

Online at, by mail, or in person at our Park Medford office.

If you request an administrative hearing from Park Medford and it is denied, you then have one option to request a hearing, either in writing or in person from the City of Medford Hearing Officer. This request can be made at our office, in person, by email at, or by returning a letter with your choice of hearing indicated in the letter.

If you choose to request a hearing from the City Hearing Officer, please be aware the choices are:

  • To have a formal in-person hearing at City Hall where you present your case in a matter of a few minutes to the Hearing Officer,
  • To have your appeal in writing where you must submit all pertinent materials, photos, evidence, etc. that you think will prove your claim, and you do not have to appear.

You may choose only one method of appeal, and the finding of that appeal is final.

Appeal a Citation

The parking program has set up an administrative appeal process for individuals who believe their parking citation was issued in error.

Individuals will be contacted in approximately five to six business days after the citation appeal form has been submitted regarding the disposition of the appeal.

The parking fine will hold at the original amount until you receive notice from our office regarding the disposition of your appeal.

Appeals only accepted within 21 days after the date of ticket issuance.
